Comments: My appointment today ran smoothly, I was seen timely. I received results of a MRI, today Dr. Lewicky showed me on the computer screen my images and time was spent discussing the overall results and my options. I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered before I left. I did receive an injection which was administered by Dr. Lewicky. I gave input on which treatment plan I thought would be best for me and we both agreed on it. I have been in a lot of doctors offices over my lifetime. I worked in several offices and hospitals as well as needing medical care myself for chronic conditions. This practice is impressive, streamlined and attentive. I haven’t tried the portal yet so I can’t speak to how well it works for the patient. The PT department is very busy so the start of my therapy will be delayed longer than I wanted but I’m on the cancellation list so fingers crossed it’s soon.
